My experience at this clinic has been extremely positive. The staff are very polite, the clinic is always clean, and appointments are well organized and punctual. They are also attentive and follow up on any concerns, truly supporting you in your recovery. I would especially like to thank Dr. Ghanbari for the accurate diagnosis and for helping with my treatment.

I feel so fortunate to have joined the Promis practice this year. Dr. Vockentanz embodies all the qualities you want in a family physician; she's compassionate, collaborative, incredibly knowledgeable, curious, and thorough. She asks thoughtful questions and genuinely listens and responds to my concerns and questions. On top of this, the staff are super professional and helpful. I feel like I am in very good hands. Five stars.

I had a truly great experience with Dr. Sarah. She was warm, compassionate, and completely professional. She made what could have been an uncomfortable physical exam feel easy and respectful. Dr. Sarah is clearly very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel heard and cared for. She answered all my questions patiently and never made me feel rushed. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such personal attention and expertise. I left feeling confident in my care and grateful to have found her. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sara Zeinoddini is a wonderful doctor. She really listens, takes her time, and makes sure you feel heard and cared for. She explains things clearly and always answers questions in a way that’s easy to understand. She’s kind, patient, and truly cares about her patients. I always feel comfortable and confident in the care I receive from her. I’m very thankful to have her as my doctor and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is both professional and caring.

I’m getting emotional just writing this because I’m so relieved to finally have a family doctor who genuinely cares and doesn’t rush me out the door. Dr. Vockentanz has been truly excellent, and I’ve only had a few appointments with her so far. I had honestly forgotten what good healthcare felt like, the bar had been set so low for so long. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a family doctor.

Settlers to vancouver from another province have a difficult time finding a family physician, let alone an excellent one. But my husband & I are very lucky that we’ve found Dr. Garett of Promis Medical. Dr. Garett’s not only friendly with great bedside manner & knowlege, but also very efficient. His ability to communicate with patients about their medical care is top notch. We are assured that our health’s in very capable hand.
